摘要
通过引入多壁碳纳米管(MWNTs)掺杂入聚丙烯酸酯(以丙烯酸丁酯为内核层,聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯为壳层)中,制成一种新型的核壳型结构的PVC用复合改性剂。通过优化工艺参数,实现了MWNTs在核壳结构中的均匀分散,获得了性能优异的复合改性剂。该新型复合改性剂旨在通过纳米尺寸效应和核壳结构的协同作用,显著提升PVC的物理和化学性能。
A novel composite modifier with core-shell structure used for PVC was prepared by doping multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWNTs)into polyacrylic esters(with butyl acrylate as the core layer and polymethyl methacrylate as the shell layer).By optimizing the process parameters,the uniform dispersion of MWNTs in the core-shell structure was achieved,thus a composite modifier with excellent performance was obtained.The purpose of synthesizing this new composite modifier was to significantly enhance the physical and chemical properties of PVC through the synergistic effect of nanoscale effect and core-shell structure.
