摘要
介绍了在分散剂配制槽搅拌器中原使用异步电动机存在的问题,阐述了永磁同步直驱电动机的原理和特点,分析了在分散剂配制槽搅拌器中使用永磁同步电动机的优点。分散剂配制槽的搅拌驱动方式由异步电动机+减速机型式改造为永磁电动机驱动方式后,生产效率得到提高,能耗降低,故障率和维修成本显著降低。
The problems in using asynchronous motors for the agitator in the dispersant preparation tank agitator were introduced.The principle and characteristics of permanent magnet synchronous direct drive motors were explained.The advantages of using permanent magnet synchronous motors for the agitator in the dispersant preparation tank were analyzed.After the transformation of the stirring drive mode of the dispersant preparation tank from the combination of asynchronous motor and reducer to permanent magnet motor drive,the production efficiency improved,energy consumption reduced,and the failure rate and maintenance cost significantly reduced.
