从文化形成的视角解析体育社会化的分层目标

Analysis of the stratification goals of sports socialization from the perspective of cultural formation

基于对Erez M和Gatie E文化分层理论的拓展,本研究从文化形成的视角,对体育社会化进行了理论层次的三维度解剖研究,探讨体育社会化的纵向分层框架,推动体育社会化的有效发展,并以艺术体操为具体案例对上述分层和目标进行了简明剖析。体育社会化可以纵向分层为支撑层、表现层、凝聚层和汇合层4个层次;各层次的主体目标分别是某体育项目文化价值形成要素的挖掘、社会阶层文化需求的梳理、民族化的发展、全球文化共同体的形成;纵向维度体育社会化的发展包含三重动态推动力,即在层次内形成共识的过程、层次间互动形成共识的过程,以及每个层次目标的不断地被开发和引申后形成新共识的过程而共同构成。体育社会化的纵向分层弥补了体育社会化全景式总体框架中缺少的一部分,有利于各级管理者、研究者理解和架构体育社会化的立体全貌。

Based on the expansion of cultural stratification theory of Erez M and Gati E,this paper made a three-dimensional anatomical study of sports socialization at the theoretical level from the perspective of cultural formation,discussed the vertical stratification framework of sports socialization,and promoted the effective development of socialization.Taking rhythmic gymnastics as a specific case,this paper briefly analyzed the above stratification and objectives.Sports socialization can be vertically divided into four layers:support layer,performance layer,cohesion layer and convergence layer.The main objectives of each layer are the excavation of the elements forming the cultural value of a sports project,the sorting out of the cultural needs of social strata,the development of nationalization,and the formation of a global cultural community.The development of sports socialization in the vertical dimension includes three dynamic driving forces,namely,the process of forming consensus within the level,the process of forming consensus through interaction between levels,and the process of forming new consensus after the goals at each level are continuously developed and extended.This study makes up for the lack of a part in the overall framework of sports socialization;it is beneficial for managers and researchers at all levels to understand and construct the three-dimensional panorama of sports socialization.
