摘要
如何解决高职院校护理专业心理与精神护理课程教学任务重和教学资源少等问题,培养具有心理与精神护理知识和技能的高素质护理人才,是高职院校护理专业普遍存在且亟需解决的问题。本文以宁波卫生职业技术学院心理与精神护理课程为例,探讨了校院合作建设一流课程的教学策略。这些策略主要包括:聚焦教学资源建设,校院合作优化重组教学内容;聚焦课程实践教学,校院合作共建实践育人基地;聚焦教学方法改革,校院合作共同实施教学评价;聚焦质量保障,校院合作共同打造专兼职教师队伍。这些策略行之有效,不仅解决了高职院校护理专业心理与精神护理课程教学中存在的问题,也提高了课程教学质量,值得进一步推广。
How to address the issues of heavy teaching tasks and scarce teaching resources in the psychological and mental nursing courses of higher vocational nursing majors,and to cultivate high-quality nursing talents with knowledge and skills in psychological and mental nursing,is a common and urgent problem in higher vocational and technical colleges.Taking the psychological and mental nursing course of Ningbo College of Health Sciences as an example,this paper explores the teaching strategies of school-hospital cooperation to create first-class courses.These strategies mainly include:focusing on the construction of teaching resources,optimizing and reorganizing teaching content through school-hospital cooperation;focusing on the practical teaching of the course,building a practice-based education base through school-hospital cooperation;focusing on the reform of teaching methods,jointly implementing teaching evaluation through school-hospital cooperation;focusing on quality assurance,jointly building a team of full-time and part-time teachers through school-hospital cooperation.These strategies are effective and have not only solved the existing problems in the teaching of psychological and mental nursing courses in higher vocational nursing majors,but also improved the teaching quality of the courses,which is worth further promotion.
