摘要
体验哲学作为一种关注个体体验和主观感受的哲学思维方法,在医学生伦理道德教育中具有重要意义。当前,我国医学生伦理道德教育(以医学伦理学课程为例,酌情简称医学伦理道德教育)中存在诸多的问题,如教学方法比较单一、教师队伍有待优化、医学伦理道德教育相对孤立等。将体验哲学的理论方法融入医学生伦理道德教育,能够为相关教学改革提供重要指导,并形成和实施完善课程设置、改善教学方法、优化教师队伍、增强主体认识、提高教育连贯性和营造良好的校园文化氛围等主要举措。这样,既能够提升医学生的伦理道德素养,也有利于促进医患关系的良性发展,培养德才兼备的医学专业人才。
Experiential philosophy,as a philosophical thinking method,that focuses on individual experiences and subjective feelings,plays a significant role in the ethical education of medical students.Currently,there are numerous issues in the ethical and moral education of medical students(take the course of medical ethics as an example,referred to as medical ethics and moral education as appropriate)in China,such as single teaching methods,a teaching staff in need of optimization,and the relative isolation of medical ethics and moral education.Integrating the theoretical methods of experiential philosophy into the ethical and moral education of medical students can provide important guidance for related teaching reforms,leading to the formation of main measures such as optimizing curriculum settings,improving teaching methods,optimizing the teaching staff,enhancing subjective awareness,improving the coherence of education,and creating a positive campus cultural atmosphere.This approach not only enhances the ethical and moral quality of medical students,but also promotes the positive development of doctor-patient relationships,fostering medical professionals with both moral integrity and professional competence.
