海南省基层公众心肺复苏普及的实践效果

Practical effect of cardiopulmonary resuscitation popularization for grassroots public in Hainan Province

目的探讨符合海南省基层实情的公众心肺复苏普及的实践效果。方法选择海南省海口市龙华区、海南省琼中黎族苗族自治县年龄在15~65岁且参加心肺复苏普及培训的居民为研究对象,开展公众心肺复苏普及的实证研究。自行设计调查问卷,在心肺复苏普及培训前后分别对参加培训的居民进行问卷调查,了解参训人员的基本情况、急救素养状况、培训需求和培训效果等。结果按照统一标准遴选出100名培训教师,围绕院外心脏骤停生存链前3环“启动应急反应系统”、“高质量心肺复苏”和“快速除颤”,开展心肺复苏知识与技能的培训和考核,共培训2417名居民。其中,龙华区1506名居民,考核通过1271名居民,通过率为84.40%;琼中黎族苗族自治县911名居民,考核通过408名居民,通过率为44.79%。培训前,有1477名参训人员接受问卷调查;培训后,有1176名参训人员接受问卷调查。调查结果显示,经过培训后两地参训人员心肺复苏知识、技能和施救意愿均有显著提高。结论海南省基层公众心肺复苏普及应当加强,相关培训需要政府、社会、学校、企业、社区、乡村、家庭和个人等多主体联动;同时,公众实施心肺复苏还需要提供法律支持。

Objective To explore the practical effect of popularization of public cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)in line with the actual situation of grassroots in Hainan Province.Methods In this study,residents aged 15-65 years old in Longhua District of Haikou City and Qiongzhong County of Hainan Province who participated in CPR training were selected as the research objects to carry out an empirical study on the popularization of CPR in the public.Questionnaires were self-designed and conducted on residents who participated in the training before and after the popularization of cardiopulmonary resuscitation to understand the basic situation of the training objects,the status quo of first-aid literacy,training needs and training effects.Results A total of 100 teachers were selected according to unified standards,and the knowledge and skills of cardiopulmonary resuscitation were trained and assessed around the first three links of the out-of-hospital cardiac arrest survival chain,including“initiating emergency response system”,“high-quality cardiopulmonary resuscitation”and“rapid defibrillation”.A total of 2417 people were trained.For Longhua District,1506 people were trained,and 1271 people passed the assessment,with a passing rate of 84.40%.For Qiongzhong County,911 people were trained,and 408 people passed the assessment,with a passing rate of 44.79%.Before the training,1477 participants filled in the questionnaire,and after the training,1176 participants filled in the questionnaire,and the knowledge,skills and willingness of the public in both places improved.Conclusions Grassroots public CPR popularization need to be strengthened,it requires multi-subject interaction such as government,society,school,enterprise,community,village,family and individual,and legal support for public implementation of CPR.
