基于CiteSpace的文献计量学分析我国社区健康管理的研究现状与发展趋势

A bibliometric analysis based on CiteSpace research status and trends of community health management in China

目的对我国社区健康管理领域的相关研究进行文献计量学分析,探讨研究现状、研究热点和发展趋势,为国内相关健康服务机构的研究提供参考。方法检索中国知网2005年至2023年关于我国社区健康管理研究的文献,采用CiteSpace可视化软件对年度发文数量、发表期刊情况、作者发文量和合作情况、关键词分布等进行实证分析,并绘制相应的知识图谱。结果本研究共纳入我国社区健康管理相关文献722篇。从文献时序分布上看,我国社区健康管理研究分为萌芽阶段(2005—2008年)、迅速发展阶段(2009—2014年)和内涵发展阶段(2015年至今)。文献发表期刊集中度高,涉及学科单一;作者合作呈现小聚集、大分散的特点;研究热点主要在家庭医生签约服务制度建设和社区健康管理实施;研究的最新领域则是分级诊疗和医养结合。结论我国社区健康管理领域的文献发表期刊集中,学科单一;作者合作呈小聚集、大分散;研究热点集中于家庭医生签约服务制度建设和社区健康管理实施;研究前沿为分级诊疗和医养结合。本研究结果为进一步推动我国社区健康管理领域的发展提供了重要参考。

Objective To conduct a bibliometric analysis of research in the field of community health management in China,explore the current state of research,research hotspots,and development trends,and provide reference for future research by relevant health service institutions in China.Methods Literature on domestic community health management research from 2005 to 2023 was retrieved from China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),and CiteSpace visualization software was used for empirical analysis of annual publication numbers,journal publication status,author publication volume and cooperation,and keyword distribution,and corresponding knowledge maps were drawn.Results A total of 722 documents related to community health management in China were included in this study.From the temporal distribution of the literature,domestic research on community health management in China is divided into the germination stage(2005—2008),the rapid development stage(2009—2014),and the connotation development stage(2015 to the present).The concentration of literature published in journals is high,and the involved disciplines are singular;author cooperation shows the characteristics of small aggregation and large dispersion;the focus of research is mainly on the construction of family doctor contract service system and the practice of community health management,and the latest research field is hierarchical medical treatment and medical care integration.Conclusions The concentration of literature published in journals in the field of community health management in China is high,and the disciplines are singular;author cooperation shows the characteristics of small aggregation and large dispersion;research hotspots are concentrated on family doctor contract service system construction and the practice of community health management;research frontiers are hierarchical medical treatment and medical care integration.The results of this study provide important reference for further promoting the development of the field of community health management.
