摘要
为保证装配式PC结构节点的施工便利性,针对目前所遇到的PC框架结构的连接节点展开应用研究,分别从预制柱和预制梁连接节点、预制柱和现浇梁的连接节点、现浇柱和预制梁的连接节点、预制梁和预制梁的连接节点、预制梁接现浇梁的连接节点、现浇梁接预制梁的连接节点、预制板和预制梁的连接节点、预制板和预制板的连接节点、预制板和现浇梁的连接节点、预制外墙和周围的现浇结构连接施工、叠合层局部节点施工的角度进行了较深的总结,部分节点的施工方法进行了技术迭代。研究及应用实践表明上述连接节点基本已经覆盖了目前装配式PC框架结构施工的所有连接节点施工,对于尚未遇到的新连接的PC节点,也提供了参考做法,对同行有参考价值。
In order to ensure the construction convenience of prefabricated PC structure nodes,application research is carried out on the connection nodes of PC frame structures currently encountered.From the perspective of construction,the connection nodes of prefabricated columns and beams,prefabricated columns and cast-in-place beams,cast-in-place columns and prefabricated beams,prefabricated beams and prefabricated beams,prefabricated beams and cast-in-place beams,cast-in-place beams and prefabricated beams,prefabricated slabs and prefabricated beams,prefabricated slabs and prefabricated slabs,prefabricated slabs and cast-in-place beams,prefabricated exterior walls and surrounding cast-in-place structures,and local node construction of composite layers are summarized in depth.The construction methods of some nodes are summarized from the perspective of construction.Technical iterations have been conducted.Research and practical applications have shown that the above-mentioned connection nodes have basically covered all the connection node construction of prefabricated PC frame structures.For new connection PC nodes that have not yet been encountered,reference methods are also provided,which have reference value for peers.
