摘要
铸造企业在使用电弧炉冶炼过程中,常出现频繁断弧现象,不仅严重影响冶炼效率,还显著增加冶炼成本。本文针对电弧炉断弧问题,从液压系统和电气系统两方面开展研究,通过分析电极调节系统的机械结构、电液伺服液压系统及电气控制策略,提出了具体改进措施,包括引入罗氏线圈替代传统电流互感器以提升弧流检测精度,并采用恒阻抗控制策略优化电极升降控制。研究表明,改进后的电极控制系统能够显著减少断弧现象,提升冶炼效率,降低能源消耗,并缩短冶炼时间,为铸造企业的高效生产提供了技术保障。
In the smelting process of electric arc furnaces(EAF)in foundry enterprises,frequent arc interruptions commonly occur,severely affecting smelting efficiency and significantly increasing production costs.This study addresses the issue of arc interruptions by investigating both the hydraulic and electrical systems.Through an analysis of the mechanical structure of the electrode regulation system,the electro-hydraulic servo system,and electrical control strategies,specific improvement measures were proposed.These include the introduction of Rogowski coils to replace traditional current transformers for enhanced arc current detection accuracy and the adoption of a constant impedance control strategy to optimize electrode height regulation.The results show that the improved electrode control system effectively reduces arc interruptions,enhances smelting efficiency,lowers energy consumption,and shortens smelting time,providing a reliable technical solution for efficient production in foundry enterprises.
