摘要
大型发动机缸体铸件因其种类多、结构复杂,其浇冒口披缝根部的细清自动打磨一直无成熟案例。本文结合自动打磨设备调试过程所遇到的铸件损伤问题,从人机料法测五个方面分别分析了损伤风险并改进,最终铸件损伤率得到了有效降低。
Due to the variety and complex structure of large engine cylinder block castings,the automatic grinding of fine cleaning at the root of the pouring and running gate has not been a mature case.In this paper,combined with the casting damage problems encountered in the debugging process of automatic grinding equipment,the damage risk was analyzed and improved from five aspects:human,machine,material,method and measurement,and the final damage rate of castings was effectively reduced.
