摘要
分析了WP10气缸体铸造过程中气孔缺陷产生的条件和原因。气孔主要集中在上箱(最后凝固位置),表现为表面或近表面大小不等的圆形、长形或不规则形气孔。通过控制型芯发气量、优化浇注温度和速度、增加压边出气冒口以及改进浇注系统等措施,有效抑制了气孔缺陷的产生,显著提高了铸件质量。
The conditions and causes of porosity defects in the casting process of WP10 cylinder block are analyzed.The pores are mainly concentrated on the surface or near the surface of the upper box,and are round,long or irregular in size.By controlling the core gas volume,optimizing the casting temperature and speed,increasing the blanking air riser and improving the casting system,the porosity defects were effectively inhibited and the casting quality was significantly improved.
