磨煤机磨辊用贝氏体耐磨钢组织与性能研究

摘要 国内电厂的磨煤机磨辊和磨盘通常采用高铬铸铁作为耐磨材料,但该材料存在强度和韧性不足的问题。本文通过重力铸造法制备了一种具备贝氏体组织的耐磨钢,并对铸态合金钢进行等温淬火处理。通过OM、XRD、SEM等检测手段,分析了合金钢的显微组织与形态,同时对其耐磨性和抗冲击性能进行了评估。结果显示:这种模具制造的耐磨合金钢由细小的贝氏体颗粒、微细碳化物及少量残余奥氏体组成。根据XRD分析结果,与传统高铬铸铁相比,该合金钢的耐磨性和抗冲击性能分别提升了31.1%和28.6%,能够满足恶劣服役条件下的使用要求。 In domestic power plants,mill rolls and discs of coal pulverizers typically use high-chromium cast iron as wear-resistant materials.However,this material suffers from insufficient strength and toughness.In this study,a bainitic wear-resistant steel was prepared using the gravity casting method,and the cast alloy steel underwent isothermal quenching treatment.The microstructure and morphology of the alloy steel were analyzed using OM,XRD,and SEM techniques,while its wear resistance and impact toughness were evaluated.The results indicate that the wear-resistant alloy steel produced by this casting process is composed of fine bainitic particles,micro-scale carbides,and a small amount of retained austenite.According to the XRD analysis,compared with traditional high-chromium cast iron,the wear resistance and impact toughness of the alloy steel were improved by 31.1% and 28.6% respectively,meeting the requirements for use under harsh service conditions.
