以赛促学、学练结合,提高铸造知识工程应用能力——“金属液态成型原理”教学改革

摘要 金属液态成型原理是材料成型专业的一门专业课程,通过学习本课程,要使学生具备扎实的理论知识,较强的工程应用能力,以适应行业工作要求。基于课程学习中的痛点难点堵点,应以学生为中心,通过“以赛促学、学练结合”的方式,明确知识应用场景,激发学生学习兴趣。该教学方式能够梳理知识要点、碎片,形成系统的全面知识导图;做到实例进课、规范为标,打通学业职业衔接通道,创新课堂教学,提高学生工程应用能力。实践表明,该种教学方式应用效果明显,学生课程成绩获得提高,学科竞赛参赛人数占比达100%,且竞赛成绩优异;团队教师教学、教研水平大幅提高,教学成绩喜人。 The Principles of Liquid Metal Forming is a core course in the materials forming specialty.Through this course,students are expected to develop a solid foundation of theoretical knowledge and strong engineering application abilities to meet the demands of the industry.Addressing the challenges and difficulties encountered during the learning process,the teaching approach centers on students and adopts a“competition-driven learning,combining learning with practice”model.This approach clarifies the application scenarios of knowledge,sparking students'interest in learning.It enables the structuring of key knowledge points and fragments into a comprehensive and systematic knowledge map.Real-world examples are incorporated into the classroom,and industry standards are used to bridge the gap between academic learning and professional practice,fostering innovative teaching methods to enhance students'engineering application capabilities.Practical results demonstrate that this teaching method has achieved noticeable outcomes:students'course performance has improved,100% of students have participated in subject-related competitions,and their competition results are outstanding.Additionally,the teaching and research capabilities of the faculty team have significantly improved,leading to remarkable teaching achievements.
