摘要
建立顶空-气相色谱质谱法同时测定水中正丙醇、仲丁醇、异丁醇、正丁醇、异戊醇和正戊醇的分析方法。6种醇类化合物在20.0~500μg·L^(-1)浓度范围内线性关系良好,标准曲线相关系数均大于0.999,实际水样加标回收率为89.0%~103.5%,相对标准偏差(n=6)均小于4%。本方法操作简便,检出限低,测试结果准确,可满足地表水、地下水等水体中醇类化合物的检测要求。
A headspace-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method for simultaneous determination of n-propanol,secondary butanol,isobutanol,n-butanol,isoamyl alcohol and isoamyl alcohol in water was established.The linear relationships of the six alcohols were good in the concentration range of 20.0~500μg·L^(-1),and the correlation coefficients of the standard curves were all greater than 0.999.The actual recoveries of water samples were 89.0%~103.5%,and the relative standard deviations(n=6)were all less than 4%.The method has the advantages of simple operation,low detection limit and accurate test results,and can meet the testing requirements of alcohol compounds in surface water,groundwater and other water bodies.
