牛膝的化学成分及其皂苷类化合物提取方法研究进展

Research progress on chemical constituents and saponins extraction methods of Achyranthis bidentata radix

现代研究表明,牛膝富含多种生物活性物质,如皂苷类、多糖类、甾酮类、多肽类等,具有广泛的药理作用。其中,皂苷类成分是牛膝的主要有效成分之一,具有极高的药用和经济价值。本文对牛膝化学成分进行总结并对其三萜皂苷类成分的提取工艺进行了整理,以期为牛膝皂苷类成分的提取优化以及牛膝的进一步开发应用提供参考。

Modern studies have shown that Achyranthis bidentata radix is rich in a variety of bioactive substances,such as saponins,polysaccharides,steroids,and peptides,which have a wide range of pharmacological effects.Among these,saponins are one of the main effective components of Achyranthis bidentata radix,which have significant therapeutic and commercial significance.In this paper,the chemical components of Achyranthis bidentata radix were summarized and the extraction process of triterpene saponins from Achyranthis bidentata radix was sorted out,to provide reference for the extraction optimization of the saponins from Achyranthis bidentata radix and the further development and application of Achyranthis bidentata radix.
