轨道交通车站混杂纤维混凝土性能研究

摘要 混凝土的抗裂防渗性能直接关系到轨道交通车站结构的安全与服役寿命。基于此,制备了混杂纤维混凝土样品,开展了不同玻璃纤维和聚乙烯醇纤维掺量下混凝土的力学性能、抗裂性能、抗渗性能测试,分析了混凝土抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度、抗折强度、开裂面积和渗水高度随混杂纤维掺量的变化规律。研究结果表明:(1)玻璃纤维与聚乙烯醇纤维体积掺量分别为0.10%~0.15%时,轨道交通车站混凝土的抗压、抗拉和抗弯性能最好;(2)玻璃纤维及聚乙烯醇纤维体积掺量均为0.15%时,轨道交通车站抗裂防渗混凝土抗裂性能最佳;(3)玻璃纤维及聚乙烯醇纤维总体积掺量小于0.35%时,玻璃-聚乙烯醇混杂纤维的掺入有利于轨道交通车站抗裂防渗混凝土抗渗性能的提高。 The anti-crack and anti-seepage performance of concrete is directly related to the safety and service life of rail transit station structure.Based on this,the hybrid fiber concrete samples were prepared,and the mechanical properties,crack resistance and impermeability of concrete with different glass fiber and polyvinyl alcohol fiber were tested.The changes of compressive strength,splitting tensile strength,folding strength,cracking area and seepage height of concrete with the mixture amount of hybrid fiber were analyzed.The results show that:(1)When the volume content of glass fiber and polyvinyl alcohol fiber is 0.10%~0.15%,the compressive,tensile and flexural properties of concrete in rail transit station are the best;(2)When the volume content of glass fiber and polyvinyl alcohol fiber is 0.15%,the crack resistance of anti-crack and anti-seepage concrete in rail transit station is the best;(3)When the total volume content of glass fiber and polyvinyl alcohol fiber is less than 0.35%,the incorporation of glass-polyvinyl alcohol hybrid fiber is beneficial to the improvement of impermeability of anti-cracking and anti-seepage concrete in rail transit stations.
