聚醚胺改性四官能度环氧树脂的水性防腐蚀研究

摘要 为解决多官能度环氧树脂难以水性化从而导致其在水性防腐领域使用受限的问题,以聚醚胺(M-3085)为亲水扩链剂、C_(12)~C_(14)烷基缩水甘油(AGE)为调节剂,与四官能度环氧树脂(EMTE350)反应制备了无溶剂水性环氧树脂。研究了亲水扩链剂用量、物料间的反应时间、加料工艺、水流速率和剪切速度等因素对水性环氧树脂粒径和稳定性的影响,探讨了由该树脂制备的水性环氧磷酸锌底漆的性能。通过红外光谱(FTIR)表征水性环氧树脂的结构,激光粒度仪测定了乳液的粒径。结果表明,M-3085、AGE和EMTE350质量比为4∶1∶35时乳液稳定性好,以此比例制得的水性防腐漆耐水600h不起泡,耐盐雾划线处1200h无腐蚀。 In order to solve the problem of difficulty in hydration of multi functional epoxy resin,which limits its use in the field of water-based anti-corrosion,solvent-free waterborne epoxy resin was prepared by reacting polyetheramine(M-3085)as a hydrophilic chain extender and C_(12)~C_(14) alkyl glycidyl(AGE)as a regulator with tetrafunctional epoxy resin(EMTE350).We investigated the effects of factors such as the amount of hydrophilic chain extender,reaction time between materials,feeding process,water flow rate,and shear rate on the particle size and stability of waterborne epoxy resin,and explored the properties of waterborne epoxy zinc phosphate primer prepared from this resin.The structure of waterborne epoxy resin was characterized by FTIR,and the particle size of lotion was measured by laser particle size analyzer.The results showed that when the mass ratio of M-3085,AGE and EMTE350 is 4∶1∶35,the lotion has good stability.The water-based anti-corrosive paint prepared with this ratio is water resistant for 600 hours without foaming,and salt spray resistant for 1200 hours without corrosion.
