优质香型杂交籼稻新组合“闻香优8699”的选育及栽培技术

Breeding and Cultivation Techniques of New High-quality Fragrant Indica Hybrid Rice Combination“Wenxiangyou 8699”

为选育优质、香型的杂交籼稻新组合,满足人们对优质香米不断增长的需求,用米饭香味浓的不育系“闻香A”作母本,用花粉量较大、开花时间长、米质优的恢复系“R8699”作父本测配杂交组合,提供参加区域试验。2021—2022年,“闻香优8699”参加联合体区域试验,两年平均单产521.80 kg/667 m^(2),比“天优华占”(CK)增产3.21%;2022年“闻香优8699”参加晚稻生产试验,平均单产556.34 kg/667 m^(2),比“天优华占”(CK)增产2.39%。经品质和香味检测,“闻香优8699”糙米率81.7%、整精米率60.6%、垩白度0.9%、透明度1级、碱消值7级、胶稠度74 mm、直链淀粉含量16.8%、粒长7.4 mm、垩白粒率3.0%、香味分值74.0分。“闻香优8699”稻米具有浓郁的爆米花香、米质符合《食用稻品种品质》标准(NYT593-2013)优质一等食用长粒形籼稻品种品质规定要求,于2023年通过广西审定。

In order to breed new high-quality fragrant indica hybrid rice combinations and meet the growing needs of people for high-quality fragrant rice,using the male sterile line"Wenxiang A"with strong rice flavor as the female parent,and the restorer line"R8699"with a large pollen quantity,long flowering time and good rice quality as the male parent,a hybrid combination was tested and provided for participating in regional tests.From 2021 to 2022,"Wenxiangyou 8699"participated in the regional test of the consortium,with an average yield of 521.80 kg/667 m^(2) over two years,and an increase of 3.21%compared to"Tianyou Huazhan"(CK).In 2022,"Wenxiangyou 8699"participated in the late rice production test,with an average yield of 556.34 kg/667 m^(2),and an increase of 2.39%compared to"Tianyou Huazhan"(CK).The quality and fragrance tests of"Wenxiangyou 8699"showed that the brown rice rate was 81.7%,the head rice rate was 60.6%,the chalkiness degree was 0.9%,the transparency level was 1,the alkali-spreading value was grade 7,the gel consistency was 74 mm,the amylose content was 16.8%,the grain length was 7.4 mm,the chalky grain rate was 3.0%,and the fragrance was 74.0."Wenxiangyou 8699"rice has a strong fragrance of popcorn,and its quality meets the requirements of high-quality first-class edible long-grain indica rice varieties specified by the ministerial standard.It was approved by Guangxi in 2023.
