不同栽培密度及基质对广西引种斑兰叶生长的影响

Effects of Different Cultivation Density and Substrate on the Growth of Introduced Pandan in Guangxi

摘要 探讨斑兰叶(Pandanus amaryllifolius)在广西引种的适应栽培模式,为广西乡村振兴寻求新的农业优质产业。通过设计2种栽培密度,配施生物质炭、食用菌菌渣等4种栽培基质,以带土组培苗在八桂田园网室大棚开展田间种植试验,并对斑兰叶的单株鲜叶产量、叶面积、养分吸收以及叶绿素含量等进行分析。试验结果表明,广西引种斑兰叶在50 cm×50 cm的株行距种植,与常规相比,配施生物质445 kg/667 m^(2),平均鲜叶叶片重可达到56.67 g,单株鲜叶重达2.48 kg,可获得较好鲜叶产量;同时叶绿素可达34.89 g/L、10片叶面积可达0.269 m^(2),且助于斑兰叶对氮、磷、钾养分的吸收。文章研究优化栽培密度、种植环境和斑斓苗筛选,测定鲜叶产量、叶绿素和叶面积等指标,为指导在广西引种斑兰叶适应栽培提供参考资料。 This paper discusses the adaptive cultivation mode of Pandan(Pandanus amaryllifolius)introduced in Guangxi,and seeks a new high-quality agricultural industry for rural revitalization in Guangxi.The field planting test was carried out with tissue culture seedlings with soil in the greenhouse of Bagui pastoral net house by designing two cultivation densities and applying four cultivation substrates such as biomass carbon and edible fungus residue.The fresh leaf yield per plant,leaf area,nutrient absorption,and chlorophyll content of Pandan were analyzed.The results showed that the introduced Pandan in Guangxi was planted in a row spacing of 50 cm×50 cm.Compared with the conventional method,445 kg/667 m^(2) of biomass was applied,the average weight of fresh leaves was 56.67 g,and the weight of fresh leaves per plant was 2.48 kg,which resulted in better fresh leaf yield.At the same time,chlorophyll could reach 34.89 g/L,and the area of 10 leaves could reach 0.269 m^(2),which was helpful for the absorption of nitrogen,phosphorus,and potassium by Pandan.This paper studies the optimization of planting density,planting environment,and selection of Pandan seedlings,determining indicators such as fresh leaf yield,chlorophyll content,and leaf area,etc.,and provides reference materials for guiding the introduction of Pandan in Guangxi.
