摘要
旨在探索除虫菊酯和苦楝素复配剂对甘薯小象甲的防治效果,为进一步研发和推广植物源农药提供科学依据。通过喷雾法和浸渍法开展除虫菊酯和苦楝素对甘薯小象甲的毒杀作用和拒食作用试验。结果表明,除虫菊酯处理后72 h时LC_(50)值大大降低至62.416 mg/L。在24 h、48 h、72 h三个试验阶段,苦楝素浓度1600 mg/L的拒食率均为最高。在药剂处理72 h后,除虫菊酯和苦楝素的配比为8∶2、7∶3、5∶5、3∶7时,甘薯小象甲死亡率高于其他配比和单剂处理。试验证明,除虫菊酯和苦楝素的最佳配比为7∶3,且随着时间延长,该配比的毒杀作用逐渐增强。因此,将该复配方法运用于农业生产可提高防治效果。且该复配剂的来源均为植物农药,绿色环保,复配后还可以延长持效期,达到保产增收的目的。
The aim of this study was to explore the control effect of pyrethrin and neekadirachin on the Cylas formicarius,and to provide a scientific basis for further research and popularization of plant pesticide.The toxicity and antifeeding effects of pyrethrin and toosendanin on Cylas formicarius were tested by spray and dip methods.The results showed that LC_(50) was significantly reduced to 62.416 mg/L at 72 h after pyrethrin treatment.At 24 h,48 h,and 72 h,the rejection rate of 1600 mg/L toosendanin was the highest.After 72 h of treatment,the mortality rate of pyrethrin and toosendanin treatments in the ratios of 8∶2,7∶3,5∶5,and 3∶7 was higher than that of the other ratios and single dose treatment.The results showed that the optimal ratio of pyrethrin to toosendanin was 7∶3,and the toxicity of the ratio increased gradually with the extension of time.Therefore,the application of the compound method in agricultural production can improve the control effect.In addition,the source of the compound is plant pesticide,which is green and environmentally friendly.After compounding,the holding period can be extended to achieve the purpose of ensuring yield and increasing income.
