枯草芽孢杆菌与布氏乳杆菌对广西麻鸡生长性能、抗氧化能力及消化酶活性的影响

Effects of Bacillus subtilis and Lactobacillus buchneri on Growth Performance,Antioxidant Ability and Digestive Enzymes Activities of Guangxi Ma Chicken

摘要 广西麻鸡市场消费潜力巨大,但生产效益有待提高。在国家禁止向饲粮添加抗生素和促生长剂的大背景下,益生菌、中草药和酶制剂等替抗产品成为当今的研究热点。本研究利用从广西采集筛选的益生菌种——枯草芽孢杆菌与布氏乳杆菌,通过饲养试验检验其对广西麻鸡雏鸡生长性能、抗氧化能力及消化酶活性的影响。结果显示,经42 d饲喂试验,枯草芽孢杆菌与布氏乳杆菌混合饲喂组(混合组)、枯草芽孢杆菌组、布氏乳杆菌组和对照组平均体重分别为442.65 g、410.24 g、408.13 g和385.03 g。与对照组相比,使用益生菌不仅可以显著提高平均体重(P<0.05),以混合组体重最重;还可以显著降低料重比,尤其是混合组极显著低于对照组(P<0.01);可以显著提高胰腺脂肪酶、蛋白酶、淀粉酶的含量和总抗氧化能力(TAOC)(P<0.05)。说明在广西麻鸡饲粮中添加枯草芽孢杆菌或布氏乳杆菌都能有效促进生长性能,并提高消化酶的活性及抗氧化能力,且两种菌混合使用效果最佳。 Guangxi Ma Chicken market consumption potential is huge,but the production efficiency needs to be improved.On the background of the national ban on adding antibiotics and growth promoters to the feed,probiotics,Chinese herbs,enzymes,and other alternative anti-resistant programs have become today's research hotspots.In this study,we collected and screened local probiotic species from the Guangxi district,Bacillus subtilis and Lactobacillus buchneri,and examined their effects on the growth performance,antioxidant ability,and digestive enzyme activities of Guangxi Ma Chicken chicks through feeding trials.The results showed that after a 42-day feeding test,the average body weight of the mixed feeding group of Bacillus subtilis and Lactobacillus buchneri(mixed group),the Bacillus subtilis group,the Lactobacillus buchneri group and the control group were respectively 442.65 g,410.24 g,408.13 g,and 385.03 g.Compared with the control group,the use of probiotics not only significantly increased the average body weight(P<0.05),and the mixed group had the highest body weight,but also the ratio of feed to gain in the mixed group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).The contents of pancreatic lipase,protease,amylase,and total antioxidant capacity(TAOC)were also significantly increased(P<0.05).It showed that adding Bacillus subtilis or Lactobacillus buchneri to the diet of Guangxi Ma Chickens could effectively promote growth performance,improve the content of digestive enzymes and antioxidant ability,and that a mixture of the two bacteria had the best effect.
