产教融合背景下校企合作开发建设农业职业本科教材的研究与实践

Research and Practice of University-enterprise Cooperation in Developing and Constructing Agricultural Vocational Undergraduate Textbooks Under the Background of Integration of Production and Education

教材是教育的核心要素,是教学活动的重要载体。开发建设校企合作教材是职业本科院校培养高层次技术技能型人才的有效途径之一,也是《中华人民共和国职业教育法》出台以后高等职业教育改革的一项重点任务。文章通过对《南方果树生产技术(各论)》校企合作教材建设的研究,阐明农业职业本科院校开发校企合作教材的必要性和紧迫性,指出校企合作教材建设的基本原则,梳理当前职业院校教材的现状及问题,并在此基础上提出产教融合背景下农业职业本科教材建设应突出区域优势特色产业,吸收行业企业新方法、新技术、新工艺、新标准,体现生产岗位需求和工学结合、理实一体的原则。根据专业人才培养目标有机融入课程思政元素、运用现代信息和移动互联网技术打造新形态教材等建设思路,以期适应区域产业发展和现代职业教育规律,提高高层次技术技能型人才培养质量。

Textbooks are the core element of education and the important carriers of teaching activities.The development and construction of school-enterprise cooperation teaching materials is one of the effective ways for vocational colleges to train high-level technical talents,and it is also a key task of higher vocational education reform following the promulgation of the Vocational Education Law of the People's Republic of China.Based on the research of the construction of school-enterprise cooperation teaching materials on the Production Technology of Fruit Trees in South China,this paper expounds on the necessity and urgency of developing school-enterprise cooperation teaching materials in agricultural vocational colleges,points out the basic principles of constructing these materials,and outlines the current situation and problems of vocational college teaching materials.On this basis,it is proposed that,under the background of the integration of production and education,the construction of agricultural vocational undergraduate textbooks should highlight regional advantages and characteristic industries,absorb new methods,new technologies,new processes,and new standards of industry enterprises,reflect the demand of production positions and the principle of combining work with practice.Organically integrate the ideological and political elements into the curriculum according to the training objectives for professional talents,and use modern information and mobile internet technology to create new forms of textbooks in order to adapt to regional industrial development and the laws of modern vocational education,and improve the quality of high-level technical and skilled personnel training.
