新质生产力、绿色技术创新与城市高质量发展

New Quality Productivity,Green Technology Innovation and High-quality Urban Development

选取2011—2022年中国278个地级及以上城市面板数据,实证检验新质生产力对城市高质量发展的影响效应以及绿色技术创新在其中发挥的中介效应。研究结果显示,新质生产力能够显著促进城市高质量发展;新质生产力能够通过促进绿色技术创新推动城市高质量发展;新质生产力对城市高质量发展的促进作用在大城市与中心城市更显著。基于此,提出打造新质生产力发展新高地、加大绿色技术创新力度、探索新质生产力差异化发展道路的建议,以期为城市高质量发展提供理论参考。

Based on the panel data of 278 prefecture-level and above cities in China from 2011 to 2022,this paper empirically tests the impact of new quality productivity on high-quality urban development and the mediating effect of green technology innovation.The results show that new quality productivity can significantly promote high-quality urban development;New quality productivity can promote high-quality urban development by promoting green technology innovation.The promotion effect of new productivity on urban high-quality development is more significant in big cities.Based on this,it is proposed to create a new highland for the development of new quality productivity,increase the intensity of green technology innovation,and explore the differentiated development path of new quality productivity,so as to provide useful reference for the high-quality development of cities.
