摘要
新质生产力理论的提出,不仅丰富和发展了信息技术时代马克思主义政治经济学的基本原理,同时对推进第四次工业革命背景下生产力发展新模式、推动新的产业发展和生产方式创新具有重要的现实意义。以数据为主要劳动对象,以算法进行生产的数据劳动成为智能社会的重要劳动方式。以数字技术为载体的信息生产力的兴起,不仅推动了新质生产力经济运行形态的转换,同时也呈现出生产组织和社会运行模式的转换。数字劳动与非数字劳动、信息产业与传统产业的融合、技术发展的必然性与社会控制等相关问题的解答在进一步推动马克思主义生产方式理论研究深化与发展的同时,也推动了新质生产力相关理论研究的延伸与拓展,从而推动了数字经济重大理论与实践问题的政治经济学研究。
The proposal of the theory of new quality productivity not only enriches and develops the basic principles of Marxist political economy in the information technology era,but also has important practical significance for promoting new modes of productivity development under the background of the fourth industrial revolution,promoting new industrial development and innovative production methods.Data as the main labor object and algorithmic production of data labor have become important labor methods in the intelligent society.The rise of information productivity based on digital technology not only promotes the transformation of the economic operation mode of new quality productivity,but also presents the transformation of production organization and social operation mode.The answers to related issues such as the integration of digital labor and non digital labor,the integration of information industry and traditional industry,the inevitability of technological development,and social control not only further promote the deepening and development of Marxist production mode theory research,but also extend and expand the theoretical research on new quality productivity in order to promote the political economy research on major theoretical and practical issues in the digital economy at a more macro level.
