数字经济与商贸流通业高质量发展——理论分析与实证检验

High-quality Development of Digital Economy and Commercial Circulation Industry:Theoretical Analysis and Empirical Verification

选取2010—2023年中国30个省级面板数据,实证研究数字经济对商贸流通业高质量发展的影响及作用机制。研究结果表明:整体而言,数字经济水平提高有助于促进商贸流通业高质量发展;分维度看,数字产业发展对商贸流通业高质量发展的正向作用要强于数字基础设施、数字技术应用。异质性检验发现,数字经济发展更有助于推动非劳动密集型行业及东部地区商贸流通业高质量发展。中介效应检验结果显示,科技创新、产业转型、人力资本集聚是数字经济赋能商贸流通业高质量发展的中介机制,其中科技创新是关键。为驱动商贸流通业高质量发展,提出激活数字经济潜在赋能价值,落实数字产业差异发展策略与打造“强科技—兴产业—聚人才”多元发展引擎等针对性政策建议。

Select 30 provincials panel data from 2010 to 2023 in China to empirically study the impact and mechanism of the digital economy on the high-quality development of the commercial circulation industry.The research results indicate that overall,the improve-ment of the digital economy level helps to promote the high-quality development of the commercial circulation industry.From a multidi-mensional perspective,the positive role of digital industry development in promoting high-quality development of commercial circulation industry is stronger than that of digital infrastructure and digital technology applications.Heterogeneity testing found that the development of the digital economy is more conducive to promoting high-quality development of non labor-intensive industries and the commercial circulation industry in the eastern region.The results of the mediation effect test show that technological innovation,industrial transform-ation,and human capital agglomeration are the intermediary mechanisms that empower the high-quality development of the commercial circulation industry in the digital economy,with technological innovation being the key.To drive the high-quality development of the commercial circulation industry,targeted policy recommendations are proposed to activate the potential empowering value of the digital economy,implement differentiated development strategies for the digital industry,and create a diversified development engine of"strong technology-prosperous industry-talent gathering".
