绿色金融对经济高质量发展的空间效应研究

Research on the Spatial Effect of Green Finance on High-Quality Economic Development

基于2007-2020年全国30个省份的面板数据分别构建绿色金融和经济高质量发展的指标体系,利用熵值法测算各省份绿色金融和经济高质量发展的权重和综合指数,通过构建空间计量模型分析绿色金融对经济高质量发展的空间溢出效应。结果表明:我国绿色金融和经济高质量发展存在明显的“东强西弱”区域性不平衡现象;经济高质量发展具有显著的正空间自相关性;绿色金融发展既能直接促进本地经济高质量发展,又能对周边地区的经济高质量发展产生正向空间溢出效应。最后根据实证结果针对性地提出了对策建议。

Based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2007 to 2020,the indicator systems of green finance and high-quality economic development are constructed;the entropy method is used to measure the the weight and composite index of green finance and high-quality economic development in various provinces;by constructing a spatial econometric model,the spatial spillover effect of green finance on high-quality economic development is analyzed.The results show that China’s green finance and high-quality economic development have an obvious regional imbalance of“strong in the east and weak in the west”;high-quality economic development has a significant positive spatial autocorrelation;the development of green finance can not only directly promote the high-quality development of local economy,but also produce a positive spatial spillover effect on the high-quality of economic development in surrounding areas.Finally,based on empirical results,some countermeasures suggestions are put forward.
