摘要
大黄鱼(Larimichthys crocea)是我国重要的经济鱼类,其产量位居海水养殖鱼类之首。养殖大黄鱼的品质日益受到人们关注,也是决定大黄鱼市场价值的重要因素。多种因素决定了养殖鱼类的品质,包括遗传背景、养殖模式、环境和饲料营养等。饲料作为养殖动物必需的营养物质和能量载体,其营养调控是促进大黄鱼生长、发育和提高品质的重要手段之一,日益受到研究者和养殖户的关注与重视。文章对养殖大黄鱼品质的饲料营养调控技术进行全面梳理和总结,综述了养殖大黄鱼品质评价指标体系,展望大黄鱼配合饲料未来的发展方向,为大黄鱼养殖业的可持续发展提供理论支持。
Large yellow croaker(Larimichthys crocea)is an important economic fish in China,and its production ranks first in mariculture fish.The quality of farmed large yellow croaker has attracted more and more attention,and it is also an important factor determining the market value of this fish species.Many factors determine the quality of farmed fish,including genetic background,aquaculture model,environment and feed nutrition.As an essential nutrient and energy carrier for farmed animals,feed is one of the important means to regulate the growth,development and quality of large yellow croaker,which has attracted more and more attention from researchers and farmers.In the present study,the quality regulation of farmed large yellow croaker by feed nutrition was comprehensively sorted out and summarized.The establishment of the quality evaluation index system of farmed large yellow croaker and the nutritional regulation of feed on the quality of large yellow croaker were reviewed.The future development direction of large yellow croaker formulated feed was prospected,which provided theoretical support for the sustainable development of large yellow croaker farming.
