饲粮添加大麦虫粉对育肥猪生长性能、血清抗氧化和免疫指标的影响

摘要 试验旨在研究添加大麦虫粉对育肥猪生长性能、血清抗氧化和免疫指标的影响,为大麦虫粉推广应用于育肥猪提供基础数据。采用单因子试验设计,将96头体重相近的“杜×长×大”三元杂交育肥猪随机分为4组,即对照组、3%大麦虫粉组、5%大麦虫粉组、8%大麦虫粉组。每组4个重复,每个重复6头猪(公母各半),试验期42 d。饲养试验收集各组生长性能的数据,试验末每个重复选取2头猪采集血样后检测血清中抗氧化和免疫指标。结果表明:①试验各组育肥猪平均日增重、平均日采食量、料重比与对照组相比差异不显著(P>0.05),但5%大麦虫粉组生长性能指标最佳;②与对照组相比,5%、8%大麦虫粉组育肥猪血清丙二醛含量显著降低(P<0.05),试验各组血清过氧化氢酶活性显著提高(P<0.05),各组间总抗氧化能力、谷胱甘肽-过氧化物酶和超氧化物歧化酶活性无显著差异(P>0.05);③与对照组相比,3%大麦虫粉组、5%大麦虫粉组育肥猪血清IgG含量显著提高(P<0.05),试验组之间血清IgA、IgM含量无显著差异(P>0.05)。综上所述,本试验条件下,以生长性能、血清抗氧化和免疫指标为评价标准,育肥猪饲粮中大麦虫粉的适宜添加量为5%。 The purpose of this study was to explore the effects of adding Zophobas morio meal on growth performance,serum antioxidant and immune indices of finishing pigs,and to provide basic data for the promotion and application of Zophobas morio meal in finishing pigs.Using a single factor experimental design,96 crossbred(Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire)finishing pigs with similar body weight were randomly divided into four groups,namely,control group,3%Zophobas morio meal group,5%Zophobas morio meal group,and 8%Zophobas morio meal group.There are 4 replicates in each group,6 pigs(half male and half female)in each replicate,and the trial period is 42 days.The feeding experiment collected data on the growth performance of each group,and 2 pigs were selected from each replicate to collect blood samples at the end of the experiment and to detect antioxidant and immune indicators in the serum.The results showed that:①the average daily gain,average daily feed intake and F/G of finishing pigs in each group were not significantly but the growth performance index of 5%Zophobas morio meal group was the best.②Compared with the control group,the content of serum MDA in 5%Zophobas morio meal group and 8%Zophobas morio meal group significantly decreased(P<0.05).The activity of serum CAT was significantly increased in the experimental groups(P<0.05).There were no significant difference between T-AOC,the activity of GSH-Px and SOD(P>0.05).③Compared with the control group,the serum IgG content of finishing pigs in the 3%Zophobas morio meal group and 5%Zophobas morio meal group significantly increased(P<0.05).The serum IgA and IgM content of the experimental group have no significant changes(P>0.05).To sum up,under the experimental conditions,taking growth performance,antioxidant indices and immune indices as the evaluation criteria,the appropriate amount of Zophobas morio meal in the diet for finishing pigs is 5%.
