Research on The Construction of Raw Material Supply Chain Model for Feed Enterprises under The New Economic Situation

文章旨在提高饲料企业原材料供应链管理水平,推动饲料企业原材料供应链管理向集成化、科学化、现代化发展。立足于新经济形势下,基于饲料企业原材料供应链建设的现状和突出问题,从采购管理、供应商管理、质量管理、库存管理4个方面构建饲料企业原材料供应链管理模式,并提出具体实施路径。结果表明,所构建供应链管理模式具有集成管理、数据协同、智慧高效等特点,有助于优化饲料企业管理体系、提升供应链整体运行效率,所构建饲料企业原材料供应链管理模式具备一定的推广实践价值。

The article aims to improve the level of raw material supply chain management in feed enterprises,and promote the development of integrated,scientific,and modern raw material supply chain management in feed enterprises.Based on the current situation and prominent issues of raw material supply chain construction in feed enterprises under the new economic situation,a raw material supply chain management model for feed enterprises is constructed from four aspects:procurement management,supplier management,quality management,and inventory management,and specific implementation paths are proposed.The results indicate that the constructed supply chain management mode has the characteristics of integrated management,data collaboration,intelligence and efficiency,which helps to optimize the management system of feed enterprises and improve the overall operational efficiency of the supply chain.The constructed raw material supply chain management mode of feed enterprises has certain practical value for promotion.
