摘要
饲料工业进入创新驱动、高质量发展的新时代,在社会、行业和企业的内外需求推动下,建设智能化饲料厂是实现饲料生产由劳动密集型向技术导入型、由重成本向重防疫、由黑盒生产向过程可视、由依靠操作经验向智能决策、由粗犷生产向精益生产转型升级的有效途径。工艺设计是智能化饲料厂工程项目过程中的核心,要坚持对等性原则和动态性原则,工艺设计要与智能化功能的实现保持一致,工艺流程、设备、功能三者协调统一,并随着技术的创新、前沿技术向饲料行业的导入及智能化功能的最新需要,在原有设计经验的基础上,不断更新发展并优化迭代。智能化饲料厂工艺设计的实施过程中可以从创新工艺流程、引进智能设备、生产流程的监测与控制三方面对传统工艺设计进行改造和提升,实现智能化饲料厂智能感知、智能计算、智能决策三层功能。工艺设计的实施要点为智能化饲料厂工程项目提供经验参考。
The feed industry has entered a new era driven by innovation and high-quality development.Driven by the internal and external demands of society,industry and enterprises,building an intelligent feed factory is an effective way to realize the transformation and upgrading of feed production from labor intensive to technology oriented,from cost oriented to epidemic prevention oriented,from black box production to process visualization,from relying on operating experience to intelligent decision-making,and from rough production to Lean manufacturing.Process design is the core of the engineering project process of intelligent feed mills,and the principles of equivalence and dynamicity should be adhered to.Process design should be consistent with the implementation of intelligent functions,and the process flow,equipments,and functions should be coordinated and unified.With the innovation of technology,the introduction of cutting-edge technology into the feed industry,and the latest needs of intelligent functions,process design should be continuously updated,developed,and optimized iteratively based on existing design experience.To achieve the three-layer functions of intelligent sensing,intelligent computing,and intelligent decision in intelligent feed mills,the implementation of intelligent feed mill process design can transform and enhance traditional process design from three aspects:innovative process flow,introduction of intelligent equipments,and monitoring and control of production processes.The key points of process design implementation provide experience and reference for intelligent feed mills engineering projects.
