航天器控制力矩陀螺宽频带并联隔振系统设计

摘要 提出了一种新型宽频带波纹管流体阻尼器概念及其力学模型,设计实现了一种宽频带波纹管流体阻尼器产品原型,该阻尼器通过设计若干只频率阀,用于调节其在特定频率段、特别是在低频段的阻尼特性,实现了液压阻尼可变,此外还专门设计了带有间隙元件的机加工弹簧作为二级刚度,实现了刚度可变。基于该阻尼器,针对某大型载人航天器控制力矩陀螺(CMG)在多种复杂环境下的隔振需求,设计实现了一种宽频带并联隔振系统,该隔振系统既能在主动段能将CMG锁紧固定、提高可靠性,又能在在轨段高效缓解CMG的解锁冲击能量和抑制其微振动。所设计的阻尼器及并联隔系统为航天器CMG提供了一种变阻尼变刚度、宽频带的隔振解决方案,为后续工作奠定了基础。 A novel concept and mechanical model of a broadband damper using bellow and fluid damping have been proposed,and a prototype of the damper has been designed.This damper features several frequency selective valves designed to adjust its damping characteristics within specific frequency ranges,particularly in the low-frequency band,thereby achieving variable hydraulic damping.Additionally,a specially designed machined spring with a clearance element has been used as a secondary stiffness to achieve variable stiffness.By using this kind of damper,a broadband parallel vibration isolation system has been designed for the Control Moment Gyroscope(CMG)which would experience complex environments in a large manned spacecraft.The obtained vibration isolation system is not only capable of securely fixing the CMG and thus improving reliability during launching,but also capable of efficiently alleviating unlocking impact energy and suppressing micro-vibration of the CMG on-orbit.The designed damper and parallel vibration isolation system provide a broadband vibration isolation solution with variable damping and variable stiffness for the CMG used in the spacecraft,thus,the performed designs have laid a foundation for next step works.
