垃圾池钢结构屋盖大型桁架整跨滑移施工技术

摘要 文中以西宁市生活垃圾焚烧发电项目为例,阐述单体垃圾池屋盖大型桁架单条滑移施工技术,其结构为大跨度门型桁架梁结构,跨度为44.8m,每榀钢架重量越32吨;主厂房混凝土结构先行施工及锅炉焚烧跨先行施工,钢结构安装时大型起重设备已不具备起重吊装位置,且塔吊设备不具备吊起组合后钢桁架的起重能力,且施工作业面狭小,能利用的场地有限,故本次垃圾池钢屋架采用单条滑移吊装技术。 Taking the Xining domestic waste incineration power generation project as an example,this paper expounds the single-strip sliding construction technology of a large truss for the roof of a single garbage pond,and its structure is a long-span portal truss girder structure.The span is 44.8m,and the weight of each steel frame is more than 32 tons;the concrete structure of the main plant is constructed first,and the boiler incineration span is constructed first,and the large-scale lifting equipment does not have the lifting and hoisting position when the steel structure is installed,and the tower crane equipment does not have the lifting capacity of the steel truss after lifting the combination,and the construction operation surface is narrow,and the site that can be used is limited,so the steel roof truss of the garbage pool adopts a single sliding hoisting technology.
