断胚根处理与营养袋置床方式对金花茶育苗的影响

Effects of Radicle Cutting Treatments and Nutrient Bag Bedding Methods on Camellia nitidissima Seedling Cultivation

摘要 为给金花茶(Camellia nitidissima)种苗培育提供技术支撑,采用不同断胚根处理(不切除胚根、去根尖0.5 cm和断1/2胚根)和营养袋置床方式(营养袋缝隙间不填土和填土)进行金花茶种子苗培育,观测不同处理对幼苗生长状况和生物量等的影响,探究最佳断胚根处理和营养袋置床方式。结果表明,去根尖0.5 cm处理最有利于金花茶幼苗地上部分和侧根生长及生物量积累,大部分指标均显著大于断1/2胚根和不切除胚根处理;断1/2胚根处理的幼苗整体生长状况次之;断胚根处理均明显提高幼苗质量。与营养袋缝隙间不填土处理相比,营养袋缝隙间填土处理明显促进金花茶幼苗地上部分和侧根生长,且更有利于生物量积累。金花茶营养袋育苗生产中,采用去根尖0.5 cm配套营养袋缝隙间填土置床技术,可明显促进金花茶幼苗生长,生产出高质量幼苗,且此方法简便实用,可广泛推广。 In order to provide technical supports for Camellia nitidissima seedling cultivation,different radicle cutting treatments(no radicle removal,0.5 cm root tip removal and 1/2 radicle removal)and nutrient bag bedding methods(no soil filling or filling among nutrient bag gaps)were used to cultivate C.nitidissima seedlings.Effects of different treatments on growth and biomass of seedlings were observed,and the best treatment of radicle cutting and nutrient bag bedding was explored.Results showed that 0.5 cm root tip removal treatment was the most beneficial to growth of above-ground parts and lateral roots and biomass accumulation of C.nitidissima seedlings,and most indexes of growth and biomass were significantly higher than those of 1/2 radicle removal and no radicle removal treatments.Overall growth of seedlings treated with 1/2 radicle removal was second.Quality of seedlings was obviously improved by radicle cutting treatments.Compared with no soil filling treatment among nutrient bag gaps,soil filling treatment among nutrient bag gaps obviously promoted growth of above-ground parts and lateral roots of C.nitidissima seedlings,and was more beneficial to increase biomass accumulation.In production of C.nitidissima nutrient bag seedlings,technique of 0.5 cm root tip removal combining soil filling among nutrient bag gaps could obviously promote growth of C.nitidissima seedlings and produce high-quality seedlings,and this method was simple and practical,which could be widely popularized.
