湖北省高校档案数字化现状及优化浅析

Current Situation and Optimization of Archives Digitization in Colleges and Universities in Hubei Province

通过对湖北省内45所高校传统载体档案数字化业务的调研,从档案数字化规划、基础软硬件设备、人才队伍、数字化方式、质量检测及挂接等方面进行了分析,报告了“十四五”时期湖北省高校档案数字化业务开展的现状;同时对暴露的重视程度不够、人才队伍短缺、标准不够完善、经费不足、基础设备更新升级不及时等问题,在实施机制、主体角色、数据融合三个方面提出具体对策,以期对推进高校档案全面数字化转型进程有一定的参考和启发。

Through the investigation of the traditional carrier archives digitization business of 45 colleges and universities in Hubei province,this paper analyzes the archival digitization planning,basic hardware and software equipment,talent team,digitization mode,quality inspection and connection,etc.,and reports the current situation of archives digitization business of colleges and universities in Hubei province during the 14th Five-Year Plan period.At the same time,in view of the problems such as insufficient attention,shortage of talent team,imperfect standards,insufficient funds,and delayed updating and upgrading of basic equipment,specific countermeasures are proposed in three aspects:impiementation mechanism,main roie,and daia fusion,in order to have certain reference and inspiration for promoting the comprehensive digital transformation process of university archives.
