摘要
补贴政策下,建立了动力电池闭环供应链模型,并设计协调策略以优化供应链运行。应用成本共担-利润共享契约来协调渠道建设成本过高和动力电池制造商与回收商间的利益分配问题。通过对比有无契约协调下的供应链决策变量、回收率及供应链利润来验证协调机制的有效性。结果显示,政府补贴在动力电池回收供应链中的作用显著,随着政府补贴力度的加强,退役动力电池的回收价格和转移支付价格、回收率及供应链利润均提高。零售价格、批发价格、回收价格、转移支付价格等决策变量以及回收率和供应链利润都会受到成本共担-利润共享契约的影响。这种影响取决于成本共担和利益共享比例,且在整车制造商回收和第三方回收商回收情形下有所差异。补贴政策和成本共担-利润共享契约协调情形下的决策变量、回收率及供应链利润总是优于无协调情形。
Under the subsidy policy,the closed-loop supply chain model of power battery was established,and the coordination strategy was designed to optimize the supply chain operation.A cost-sharing-profit-sharing contract was applied to coordinate the high cost of channel construction and the distribution of benefits between power battery manufacturers and recyclers.The effectiveness of the coordination mechanism was verified by comparing the supply chain decision variables,recycling rate,and supply chain profit with or without contract coordination.The results show that government subsidies play a significant role in the power battery recycling supply chain.With the strengthening of government subsidies,the recycling price and transfer payment price of decommissioned power batteries,the recycling rate,and supply chain profit all increase.Retail price,wholesale price,recycling price,transfer payment price,and other decision variables together with recycling rate and supply chain profits are affected by cost-sharing-profit-sharing contracts.This impact depends on the cost-sharing and profit-sharing ratio,and is different in the cases of recycling by vehicle manufacturers and recycling by third-party recyclers.The decision variables,recycling rate,and supply chain profit under the coordination of subsidy policy and cost-sharing-profit-sharing contract are always better than those without coordination.This study provides a theoretical basis for promoting cooperative recycling of power battery channels.
