摘要
减少碳排放已成为全球、国家和规模型企业的重要目标,其中交通运输和商业用电都是碳排放的重要组成部分。针对生鲜农产品冷链预冷站选址、供电方式选择、预冷方式选择、容量选择、运输车辆类型选择等“最先一公里”冷链设施配置优化问题,考虑减排效率等诸多约束条件,以经济成本最小化和碳排放强度最小化作为目标构建了多目标决策优化模型,并设计了一种改进的NSGA-Ⅱ算法求解模型,最后以M生鲜农产品企业的实际数据对模型及其求解算法的有效性进行了验证。结果表明,研究所建立的模型及设计的算法是有效的,可以为考虑减排效率情况下生鲜农产品冷链设施优化配置提供决策借鉴。
Reducing carbon emissions has become an important goal for global,national and large-scale enterprises,among which transportation and commercial electricity are important components of carbon emissions.For the optimization issues of"First Mile"cold chain facilities configuration,such as the selection of pre-cooling station locations,power supply modes,pre-cooling methods,capacities and type of transportation vehicles for fresh agricultural products,considering many constraints including emission reduction efficiency,a multi-objective decision optimization model was constructed with the goals of minimizing economic costs and carbon emission intensity.An improved NSGA-II algorithm was designed to solve the model,and the actual data of M fresh agricultural products company was used to verify the effectiveness of the model and its solving algorithm.The results show that the established model and designed algorithm are effective and can provide decision-making references for the configuration optimization of the"First Mile"cold chain facilities for fresh agricultural products considering emission reduction efficiency.
