摘要 高线加热炉在热轧和精轧过程中发挥着关键作用,确保钢材在加工前达到所需温度。随着市场对高品质钢材需求的不断增长,传统加热方式在炉温控制、加热时间以及气氛调节等方面逐渐显现出局限,这些不足不仅影响钢材的表面质量,还可能导致材料性能下降,从而削弱最终产品的市场竞争力。近年来,伴随工业4.0及智能制造的兴起,钢铁行业内智能控制技术的应用逐渐增多,为高线加热炉的改进带来了新思路,通过引入先进的监控系统与数据分析手段,能够实现更为精确的加热控制,显著提升加热质量及能源利用效率。深入探讨影响高线加热炉加热质量的因素及其改进措施,具有重要的理论与实践意义。 High wire heating furnaces play a crucial role in hot rolling and precision rolling processes,ensuring that steel reaches the required temperature before processing.With the continuous growth of market demand for high-quality steel,traditional heating methods have gradually shown limitations in furnace temperature control,heating time,and atmosphere regulation.These shortcomings not only affect the surface quality of steel,but may also lead to a decrease in material properties,thereby weakening the market competitiveness of the final product.In recent years,with the rise of Industry 4.0 and intelligent manufacturing,the application of intelligent control technology in the steel industry has gradually increased,bringing new ideas for the improvement of high wire heating furnaces.By introducing advanced monitoring systems and data analysis methods,more accurate heating control can be achieved,significantly improving heating quality and energy utilization efficiency.Exploring in depth the factors that affect the heating quality of high wire heating furnaces and their improvement measures has important theoretical and practical significance.
