摘要
工艺矿物学研究表明,原矿中含有较高含量的易于泥化的白云母等硅酸盐矿物。通过擦洗脱除原矿中富含Fe、Al、Si元素的细泥即易于泥化的硅酸盐矿物。原矿经过擦洗后再进行浮选,可获得品质较高的磷精矿,精矿中MER值明显降低。
The process mineralogy researches indicate that the muscovite and other silicate which are easy to be mud are rich in run of mine.The silicate ores which are easy to be mud could be removed effectively by scrubbing.Using the scrubbing concentrate as run of mine,the high quality concentrate with lower MER value could be obtained.
