摘要
为巩固和强化学生对亚临界流体萃取技术的认识和理解,培养以林产资源化学加工为特色的应用化学专业综合能力,将自制小型可视化亚临界流体萃取装置应用于应用化学专业综合实验课程,开设厚朴加工提取厚朴酚、和厚朴酚实验项目。学生自行设计,研究夹带剂乙醇含量、萃取时间对提取效果的影响,获得最佳的工艺条件。通过本实验教学实践,培养和提高了学生的专业学习兴趣与实践能力,增强了学生的创新能力。
In this work,in order to help students master the knowledge of sub-critical fluid extraction technology and develop comprehensive capacity,a self-made small visual sub-critical fluid butane extraction apparatus was applied in comprehensive experiments of applied chemistry for processing and extraction of Magnolia officinalis.The experiment can be designed by students,the effects of the ethanol content of entrainer and extraction time on the extraction can be investigated and the optimum technological conditions can also be determined.This teaching practice was found to improve students'learning interests and practical ability,and enhance students'innovation ability as well.
