强边底水断块油藏剩余油二次富集规律及开发策略

摘要 强边底水油藏总体储量规模巨大,但一直面临采出程度低、开发效果不理想的难题。以沾化凹陷孤南油田152块油藏为例,通过油藏数值模拟和现场实践,开展了剩余油二次富集过程影响因素和开发策略研究。结果表明,强边底水油藏的流体属性、岩石储层物性以及地层属性等对剩余油二次富集过程的影响效果和程度不一,其中地层倾角、油层厚度、含油条带宽度、渗透率、地层水密度、岩石压缩系数、反韵律非均质性等是影响剩余油二次富集的有利因素。当油层渗透率小于500 mD,地层倾角小于35°,地层水密度小于1.3 g/cm 3,油层厚度小于15 m,含油条带宽度小于400 m时,压缩系数、反韵律变化幅度、水侵速度(水动力梯度、孔隙流体压力变化幅度)等参数变化越大,油藏剩余油二次富集时间越短,油水二次运移速度越快,注采周期越短,水驱油效果越好,是加速剩余油二次富集和注采耦合驱油进程的主控因素。针对孤南152块和孤南2块的现场实践,提出了以缩放合理注采井距实施边外注水为主的人工调整剩余油二次加速富集策略,精准优化井位完善井网,提高单井储量控制,调整后单元日油能力从调整前的143 t提升至262.9 t,水驱控制程度达到91.1%,平均采收率由35.5%提高到46%,提高10.5个百分点,取得了良好的开发效果。 The reservoir for strong edge-bottom water flooding has significant reserves,but its recovery degree and development effect are often unsatisfactory.The factors that influence the residual oil secondary enrichment process,as well as the impact of development strategies through reservoir numerical simulation and field practice,have been subjected to rigorous examination.The GN152 block oil reservoirs in Gannan Oilfield,Zhanhua Sag,serve as examples.The results indicate that the fluid properties,petrophysical properties,and formation properties of strong edge and bottom water reservoirs have varying effects and degrees on the process of remain oil secondary enrichment.Among these factors,formation dip,reservoir thickness,oil-bearing strip width,permeability,formation water density,rock compression coefficient,and anti-rhythmic heterogeneity are favorable factors that affect the residual oil secondary enrichment process.When the reservoir permeability is less than 500 mD,the formation dip angle is less than 35°,the formation water density is less than 1.3 g/cm 3,the reservoir thickness is less than 15 m,and the width of the oil-bearing strip is less than 400 m,significant changes occur in the compression coefficient,anti-rhythm change amplitude,and water invasion velocity(hydrodynamic gradient,pore fluid pressure variation amplitude)as well as other parameters.The shorter the secondary enrichment time of remaining oil,the faster the secondary migration of oil and water,the shorter the injection-production period,and the better the water displacement effect.This is the main factor that accelerate the secondary enrichment of remaining oil and the coupled injection-production displacement process.Based on the field practice of Gannan 152 Block and Gannan 2 Block,a secondary accelerated enrichment strategy of manually adjusted residual oil is proposed.This strategy mainly involves scaling reasonable injection-production well spacing and implementing outside-water injection to optimize well location,improve well pattern,and enhance individual well reserve control.After the adjustment,the unit s daily oil capacity increased from 143 t to 262.9 t.The water flooding control degree reached 91.1%,and the average recovery rate increased from 35.5%to 46%,resulting in a 10.5%increase and achieving good development results.
