摘要
玛湖油田致密砾岩油藏正转向效益开发阶段,需开展水平井井组合理压裂工艺参数优化研究。为此,通过充分挖掘已有油藏数值模型功能,提出了压裂-生产一体化数值模拟方法和流程,以基于弹性开发的井组整体采出程度为指标,对井组井距部署及压裂工艺参数进行敏感性分析,并基于正交设计原理,明确主控因素。结果表明:水平井井组产能随着井距、簇间距、用液强度的增加,均呈现先上升后下降的变化规律,加砂强度与井组产能呈正相关性;4个因素对井组整体采出程度的影响由高到低排序为井距、加砂强度、用液强度、簇间距;最优参数组合方案为井距250 m、簇间距20 m、用液强度30 m 3/m、加砂强度3 m 3/m,5年期整体采出程度为17.9%。该研究成果可为致密油水平井井组压裂优化设计提供技术支撑。
Mahu tight conglomerate reservoir is turning to the stage of benefit development,and it is necessary to carry out the optimization research on the rational fracturing treatment parameters of horizontal well groups.Therefore,by fully exploiting the function of the existing petroleum reservoir simulation,an integrated numerical simulation method and workflow combining fracturing and production were proposed.Taking the overall recovery degree of well groups based on the elastic development as the indicator,the sensitivity analysis of well spacing deployment and fracturing treatment parameters was carried out.Then the main control factors were identified based on the orthogonal design principle.The results show that the productivity of horizontal well groups increases first and then decreases with the increase of well spacing,cluster spacing and fracturing fluid intensity,and the sanding intensity is positively correlated with the productivity of well groups.The impact of the four factors on the overall recovery degree from high to low is well spacing,sanding intensity,fracturing fluid intensity and cluster spacing.The optimal parameter combination scheme is 250 m well spacing,20 m cluster spacing,30 m 3/m fracturing fluid intensity,3 m 3/m sanding intensity,and the overall recovery degree in 5 years is 17.9%.The research results can provide technical support for the optimal fracturing design of tight oil horizontal well groups.
