摘要
狄斯瓦螨是一种蜜蜂体外寄生螨,对全球养蜂业的健康发展造成了极大的损害,也是全球蜜蜂数量减少的主要原因之一。因此,抗螨机制的研究和抗螨蜂种的培育显得十分紧迫,掌握蜜蜂抗螨机制是培育抗螨蜂种的前提。本文从狄斯瓦螨的危害、蜜蜂抗螨的行为机制和分子机制等不同层面进行了综述,为培育优良蜜蜂品种(系)奠定基础。
Varroa destructor mite is a kind of parasitic mite,which does great harm to the healthy development of the global beekeeping industry and is the main reason for the decrease of the global bee population.Therefore,the study of tolerance mechanisms and the cultivation of anti-mite bee species are very urgent,in this paper,we reviewed the studies on the mechanism of resistance to the mite from different aspects,such as the harm of the mite,the behavior mechanism and molecular mechanism of bee.
