《停航船舶安全与防污染监督管理办法》自2021年废止后,海事管理机构的停航船舶监管压力越来越大,停航船舶安全隐患问题愈发突出。通过分析停航船舶产生现状和存在的安全隐患,综合考虑停航船舶的特殊性,推进停航船舶安全监管展开研究。

Since the abolition of the Measures for the Supervision and Management of Safety and Pollution Prevention of Unemployed Ships in 2021,maritime administrations have been under increasing pressure in supervising unemployed ships,and the safety hazards of unemployed ships have become increasingly prominent.Based on a study of the current situation and safety hazards of unemployed ships,this article comprehensively considers the special characteristics of unemployed ships and conducts research on ensuring the safety supervision of unemployed ships.
