摘要
以唇形科滨藜叶分药花提取物中的松香烷二萜化合物,直接作为检测色氨酸的荧光增强型色氨酸探针RSM.荧光测试结果表明,该化合物能选择性识别色氨酸,与色氨酸结合后发生荧光增强,同时识别过程不受其它氨基酸的干扰.此外,对探针RSM的抗HBV(乙型肝炎病毒)活性进行了研究,结果表明,RSM能明显抑制HBV活性,为研究色氨酸代谢与肝脏疾病之间的关系提供了一定的参考依据.
In this paper,a fluorescence-enhancing probe RSM based on rosmadial compound for tryptophan(Trp)detection was obtained,which directly extract from Perovskia atriplicifolia.After binding with tryptophan,the fluorescence of RSM was significantly enhanced and the recognition was not disturbed by other amino acids.Moreover,the anti-HBV activity of RSM was tested.The results showed that RSM can significantly inhibit HBV activity.It would provide a reference for studying the relationship between Trp metabolism and liver diseases.
