白鹤滩水电站特高拱坝技术创新与实践

摘要 白鹤滩水电站是实施西电东送的国家重大工程,也是世界第二大水电站,总装机容量16000MW,其拱坝最大坝高289m,在筑坝期间许多技术问题超出了现行规范及以往认识水平。针对白鹤滩特高拱坝工程的关键技术问题,阐述了技术团队历经三十余年,在“柱状节理玄武岩坝基防松弛”、“拱坝坝肩稳定安全”、“低热水泥混凝土温控防裂”和“强震区特高拱坝抗震安全”四大工程难题方面,取得的一系列关键技术创新及应用实践,为类似高拱坝工程建设提供了重要经验借鉴。 Baihetan Hydropower Station is a major national project for the transmission of electricity from the west to the east,and it is also the world's second largest hydropower station,with a total installed capacity of 16000 MW.Its arch dam has a maximum height of 289 meters.During the construction of the dam,many technical problems were the most difficult in the world,exceeding the current specifications and previous understanding.Aiming at the key technical problems of Baihetan ultra-high arch dam project,the technical team has achieved a series of key technological innovations and application practices for more than 30 years,mainly focusing on the four engineering difficulties of"prevention of relaxation of the columnar jointed basalt dam foundation","stability and safety of the arch dam abutment","temperature control and crack prevention of low-heat cement concrete",and"seismic safety of the super-high arch dam in a strong earthquake area".It provides important experience for similar high arch dam construction.
