摘要
有机化工废水具有浓度高、成分复杂、毒性大、难以降解且可生化性差的特征,从有机化工废水处理难度、成本以及效率等方面提出采用物化预处理(催化氧化+沉淀+气浮)+生化(UASB+两级A/O+MBR+BAF)相结合的处理工艺方法。本文以广东某废水处理站中的有机化工废水为工程案例,对有机化工废水处理工艺进行分析与探讨。
Organic chemical wastewater has the characteristics of high concentration,complex composition,high toxicity,difficult degradation,and poor biodegradability.From the aspects of the diffi culty,cost,and effi ciency of organic chemical wastewater treatment,a combined treatment process of physical and chemical pretreatment(catalytic oxidation+sedimentation+air flotation)+biochemical(UASB+two-stage A/O+MBR+BAF)is proposed.This article takes organic chemical wastewater from a wastewater treatment plant in Guangdong as an engineering case to analyze and explore the treatment process of organic chemical wastewater.
