摘要
本文以珠三角某退役电镀企业为例,按照国家及地方相关技术导则和技术规范的要求,对企业搬迁后地块的土壤和地下水受企业生产影响的情况展开调查。调查结果表明,在涉及电镀及废水处理的区域,土壤样品中多种重金属和有机物含量超过筛选值,地下水样品中多种重金属和氯代烃含量超过筛选值。因此,该地块需要开展进一步的详细采样调查以及后续的风险评估工作。
Taking a retired electroplating enterprise in the Pearl River Delta as an example,this article conducted an investigation on the impact of enterprise production on the soil and groundwater of the site after its relocation,in accordance with the requirements of national and local technical guidelines and specifications.The investigation results indicate that in areas involving electroplating and wastewater treatment,multiple heavy metals and organic content substances in soil samples exceeded the screening values,while multiple heavy metals and chlorinated hydrocarbons content in groundwater samples also exceeded the screening values.Therefore,further detailed sampling investigation and subsequent risk assessment work need to be carried out for this site.
