摘要
酸性染料制造废气主要是在染料合成单元、后处理单元、物料储存系统及污水处理系统等工序产生的。环境影响评价工作中对于上述单元废气源强的核算方法一般采用产排污系数法、物料衡算法及类比法。本文对染料制造废气源强核算方法进行了要点分析,以期为同行的酸性染料制造废气源强核算工作提供借鉴。
The waste gas of acid dye manufacturing is mainly produced in the process of dye synthesis unit,post-treatment unit,material storage system and sewage treatment system.In the work of environmental impact assessment,the calculation methods of exhaust gas source strength of the above units generally adopt the method of production and discharge coeffi cient,material balance algorithm and analogy method.In this paper,the main points of the calculation method of exhaust gas source strength in dye manufacturing were analyzed,in order to provide reference for the peers in the calculation of exhaust gas source strength in acid dye manufacturing.
