摘要
随着教育评价改革的深入,发展性评价理念逐渐成为提升教学质量、促进教师专业成长的关键。本文以中国劳动关系学院劳模本科班为例,研究该班的实际教学情况,分析了目前教师教学质量评价存在的主要问题,包括评价主体单一、评价内容片面、评价方式简单和反馈形式化等方面的不足,并在此基础上,提出了构建基于发展性评价理念的多元化评价主体、完善的评价内容体系、创新的评价方式和系统化反馈机制的教学质量评价体系。
As the educational evaluation reform deepens,the concept of developmental evaluation has gradually become key to enhancing teaching quality and promoting professional growth of teachers.This study,based on the actual teaching situation of the Model Workers College at the China Institute of Industrial Relations,analyzes the main problems existing in the current teaching quality evaluation,including the singularity of the evaluation subject,the one-sidedness of the evaluation content,the simplicity of the evaluation method,and the formalization of feedback.On this basis,it proposes the establishment of a teaching quality evaluation system based on the concept of developmental evaluation,which includes a diversified evaluation subject,a perfected evaluation content system,innovative evaluation methods and a systematic feedback mechanism.
