一种智能搬运系统在建筑陶瓷智能工厂的应用

摘要 随着“中国制造2025”国家战略的实施,人工智能和工业互联网等交叉领域迎来了新的发展和动力,智能化、数字化已成为企业发展的必然方向,建筑陶瓷企业将在机遇中沉淀和锻炼,苦练“内功”,最终实现“内外兼修”。笔者通过实例介绍了一种智能搬运系统在建筑陶瓷智能工厂的应用。该系统可以有效降低了人工劳动强度,提高了仓库整体搬运效率,改善了人工管理,实现了企业经济效益的提升,具有良好的应用价值。 With the implementation of the"Made in China 2025"national strategy,artificial intelligence and industrial Internet and other cross-cutting fields have ushered in new development and momentum,intelligent,digital has become the in evitable direction of enterprise development,building ceramic enterprises will precipitate and exercise in the opportunity,hard practice"internal skills",and ultimately achieve"internal and external repair".This paper introduces the application of an intelligent handling system in building ceramic intelligent factory by examples.It is pointed out that the system can effectively reduce the labor intensity,improve the overall handling efficiency of the warehouse,improve the manual management,and realize the promotion of enterprise economic benefit.
